RETURNS: For merchandise returns please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery, describe the circumstances, and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Ship the returned item (indicating your RA #) to: Safety Source - Northeast, Attn: Return Processing RA #____, 29 Gillespie Road, Charlton, MA 01507. Due to hygienic considerations, disposable respirators are non-returnable if the package is opened. All returns are subject to inspection, and you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
